Whilst we always do our best to offer you the very best that we can we do understand that life isn’t always straightforwards and from time to time customers will need a refund, a return or will need to cancel a booking. If this is where you’re at – please read on:
We really hope that it never happens, but if we are the instigator of a cancellation we will refund you any payment made. It’s not something we ever want to do and it will only happen if we absolutely have to due to unforeseen circumstances. In some instances, we may offer an alternative date or venue which we hope will work for you, but if not, then we will refund as above.
Where the cancellation is instigated by you, you have the opportunity to cancel up to 48 hours before your booking without charge. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel.
Please note that our staff member will refuse admission to those who are deemed a health and safety risk, this also applies to those who may be intoxicated. We will not refund those who are refused admission or removed from a session.
Returns and refunds:
For any item bought online, you may return it to us for a refund. You must inform us of the return within 14 days, and you then have 14 more days to return the product to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept products that for return or refund that have been worn or used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received within 14 days of the order being placed and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the next 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and returned to us within 14 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Escape Swims Ltd, 9 Canons Place, Helston, TR13 8LS.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Escape-Unplugged, 9 Canons Place, Helston, TR13 8LS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
