This Privacy Policy relates to personal data collected by the Escape Swims Ltd via our website, membership, training course or 1:2:1 training registration, hiring, organised event  registration, emails and telephone calls. Personal data collected by Escape Swims UK Ltd is used in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data provided to Escape Swims UK Ltd by any other means or via any other website. Users should be aware that if they access other websites, using the links provided, these are outside Escape Swims Ltd control.
