We recommend bringing two towels: one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off afterward. While we don’t provide towels, our facilities include a small changing area adjacent to the sauna.

A bathing costume is required during your session. Please remove shoes before entering the sauna to maintain cleanliness and comfort.

Individuals aged 16 and above are welcome to book sessions. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Sessions are typically 65 minutes, which includes time for changing. If you’d like a longer session, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Q5: What is your cancellation policy?
Communal Sessions:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Private Hire Sessions:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, as we are unlikely to rebook the slot at short notice.
Membership Sessions:
Missed sessions or late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be counted as used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Extreme Weather / Force Majeure:
If we cancel due to extreme weather or events outside our control, we’ll offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule.
