Q1: What should I bring to my sauna pod session?
We recommend bringing two towels: one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off afterward. While we don’t provide towels, our facilities include a small changing area adjacent to the sauna pod.
Q2: What should I wear during the sauna session?
A bathing costume is required during your session. Please remove shoes before entering the sauna pod to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
Q3: Are there age restrictions for sauna pod rentals?
Individuals aged 16 and above are welcome to book private sessions. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q4: How long is each private session?
Private hire sessions are typically 65 minutes, which includes time for changing. If you’d like a longer session, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Q5: What is your cancellation policy?
For private hires, we request 7 full calendar days’ notice for a full refund and 5 days’ notice for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or date rearrangements with less than 5 days’ notice.
Q6: Can I add water to the sauna stones during my session?
Yes, a small pail with a ladle is provided for you to add water to the stones. Please consult with other users before doing so to ensure everyone’s comfort.
Q7: Is food or drink allowed during the session?
Food and drink are not permitted inside the sauna pod. However, you are welcome to enjoy refreshments outside the sauna area.
Q8: Are there any health restrictions I should be aware of?
If you have underlying health conditions such as high or low blood pressure, heart or circulatory disorders, epilepsy, diabetes, or if you are pregnant, we recommend consulting your doctor before using the sauna pod.
