Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring to my sauna session? Please bring two towels: one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off afterward. We recommend wearing a bathing costume and bringing flip-flops or suitable footwear for entering and exiting the sauna hut. Note that shoes must be removed before entering the sauna.
Are there changing facilities available? Yes, there is a small changing area adjacent to the main sauna area, equipped with coat hooks for your belongings.
What is the minimum age requirement for sauna use? Individuals aged 18 and above can book a session. Those between 12 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 are generally not encouraged to use the sauna; however, in exceptional cases, they may be allowed with a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio.
How long is each sauna session? Both private hire and communal sessions last 65 minutes, which includes time for changing. If you’d like a longer session, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your cancellation policy? For individual bookings within a communal session, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your session. Cancellations between 48–72 hours can be rescheduled by contacting us via email. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. For private hire, a full refund is available with 7 days’ notice, and a 50% refund with 5 days’ notice. No refunds or rescheduling are available for cancellations made less than 5 days in advance.
Can I add water to the sauna stones during my session? Yes, our wood-fired saunas are equipped with sauna stones, and water is available to raise steam, allowing you to customize your experience.
Is the sauna supervised by an attendant? Yes, there will be an attendant to supervise the session, answer any questions, and ensure the fire is maintained.
Do you provide towels or other merchandise? Currently, we do not supply towels. However, merchandise such as dry robes, sauna mats, towels, or hats will be available soon.
How many people can the sauna accommodate? Our saunas can accommodate a maximum of 5 people at any one time.
